Modern Warfare players call for major Warzone change once CoD: Vanguard releases
Call of Duty fans are pleading a change to the developers to update a major aspect of how Warzone currently works for the release of Vanguard.
As many of those who continue to play Modern Warfare will know, Raven Software’s 2019 release has been hindered by various bugs and errors as of recent, which players suspect is due to the constant updates for the game’s popular battle royale mode, Warzone.
Modern Warfare is a CoD, with many dedicated players still enjoying the multiplayer to this day. So much so that players are now even asking for Modern Warfare and Warzone to become completely separate once Call of Duty Vanguard releases.
Call of Duty fans have had the news confirmed now that the next installment for the franchise would be called Vanguard and developed by Sledgehammer Games, who are the folks behind WWII.
With this news, some fans have taken to Reddit to express their views and opinions on how they think the Warzone integration should work.
Reddit user krushna1 stated his wishes, saying, “Once cod 2021 comes out, do you think the Battle Royale will finally be separated from modern warfare. Because if the Battle Royale sticks with modern warfare, then I’ll have to keep downloading stupid Battle Royale updates.”
Players have been experiencing issues such as wallhacks and weapons like the FiNN LMG having a bug that prevents players from seeing what they’re shooting at.
The constant Warzone updates could be the source of these issues, as they look to introduce unintended bugs to Modern Warfare consistently.
A separation of the two games would also free up a great deal of memory space for players who only want to have Modern Warfare installed.
Although it’s a few years old now, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is still a very popular game, with new maps even dropping recently for players.
So, hopefully, the developers can do something about this concern for players who would like to see Warzone and Modern Warfare fully separated when Call of Duty: Vanguard arrives in 2021.
