Overpowered Warzone Pacific attachment gives LMGs unlimited damage range
A few Call of Duty: Warzone Pacific barrel attachments are eliminating damage range dropoff from LMGs.
As soon as Warzone Pacific Season 1 launched, players quickly set out to discover the early weapon meta. Although most players gravitated to Assault Rifles for long-range combat, certain LMGs are proving to be a devastating option.
The MG42 has been the most popular LMG to hit Warzone Pacific. However, a barrel attachment for the Type 11 and the Bren can make these LMGs absolute killing machines.
A majority of the gunfights you’ll encounter across Warzone Pacific will come down to damage range. With the amount of open space in Caldera, spotting enemies from a distance and destroying them is the key to battle royale victory.
LMGs already began with a naturally boosted damage range statistic. However, when the Sakura 487mm Shrouded barrel is equipped on the Type 11 or the Queen’s 705mm Royal is equipped to the Bren, the damage range becomes unlimited.
The Type 11 loadout you’ll see below has been created by Call of Duty Youtuber TheKoreanSavage AKA K3. K3 is known for breaking some dominating loadouts to CoD players.
Type 11 Warzone Pacific loadout attachments
- Muzzle: Mercury Silencer
- Barrel: Sakura 487mm Shrouded
- Optic: Type 97 5x Telescopic
- Stock: Warubachi Type 33
- Underbarrel: M1930 Strife Angled
- Magazine: 6.5mm Sakura 90 Round
- Ammunition: Hollow Point
- Rear Grip: Hatched Grip
- Perk: Brace
- Perk 2: Fully Loaded
Some of the attachments are not a necessity. This is the ideal choice of attachments that K3 details in the video although players are free to decide which attachments best suit their play style.
There are three attachments that are absolutely crucial to get the best out of the Type 11 and produce unlimited damage range. Of course, the first is the Sakura 487mm Shrouded barrel. When equipped, one of the pros will read “Damage does not diminish over range”. This will make far-away enemies feel like they’re steps in front of your weapon.
Next, the Hollow Point ammunition is a must. Additional limb damage will eviscerate enemies. The cons of such an overpowered attachment are that it reduces damage range. However, the unlimited damage range from the Sakura 487mm Shrouded completely negates this con.
The final must-use attachment is the 6.5mm Sakura 90 Round magazine. This large magazine size will lower movement speed but having 90 bullets at your disposal is well worth the cost.
In the video, K3 discusses the Type 11, although if your Bren is of a higher level, the same results can be achieved with the Queen’s 705mm Royal barrel. These LMGs are fantastic at long range but make sure not to take them into close quarters gunfights.
You may want to consider using a Submachine Gun alongside this LMG to cover its weakness in tighter spaces.
If you don’t have the appropriate attachments to create this class, you can take advantage of the next double weapon XP event that is right around the corner.
