Tfue explains why he quit Warzone 2 for good: “The worst game I’ve ever played”
Warzone 2 is proving to be a challenging battle royale experience for many content creators and streamers, but legendary personality Tfue has commented on why he reached his limit with the battle royale.
Turner Tenney, more known by his streamer name Tfue, has been taking on Warzone 2 – Activision’s latest Call of Duty battle royale game. The personality grew to fame through Fortnite but has since ventured into different mainstream titles, including Warzone 2.
The title has seen players move away from the hot tropics of Caldera and move to the Western Asia area of Al Mazrah. There have been a ton of changes for Warzone 2 from a revised Gulag system to more openness in how the circle mechanic operates.
However, despite the various changes and tweaks compared to the original Warzone experience, Tfue believed that Warzone 2 had too many problems to be considered a good game.
Many fans of Tfue and Warzone 2 are still unsure as to why he quit playing Warzone 2 and moved back to Fortnite and Minecraft.
The answer to this question can be found in a Tfue stream from December 19, 2022, and we saw the streamer initially get downed by a Precision Airstrike and declare: “I can’t play this game anymore bro, this game is actually a f**king joke.”
He was able to revive himself and briefly carry on before a player-in-waiting ambushed the streamer and took out Tfue without giving him any time to respond.
“Bro, this is literally the worst game I’ve ever played in my life. Honestly, you don’t realize until you’ve played this game alone, this is the worst game ever,” he continued.
Tfue then made the bold claim that if the devs removed Trios and Quads, then Warzone 2 “Would actually just die, the whole game would literally just die because it’s that f**king bad when you’re not getting revived by your three other teammates constantly.”
Along with calling out Solos and Duos, Tfue also said: “There’s so many things wrong with it it just blows my mind. People don’t even use guns anymore they just use Airstrikes. It’s so f**king bad.”
Tfue has stuck to his guns and hasn’t been back to Warzone 2 since. The streamer isn’t the first to be frustrated with the state of Warzone 2 with Dr Disrespect also being a notable personality when it comes to Warzone 2 criticism.
With Warzone 2 Season 2 on the way, the devs may look to re-examine many elements of the game to try and refine the game moving forward.
