Warzone 2 expert claims OP Snakeshots “broke the meta” in Season 4 Reloaded
Activision / YouTube: WhosImmortalCall of Duty content creator and expert WhosImmortal has revealed that the OP Snakeshots “broke the meta” in Warzone 2 Season 4 Reloaded.
Following the Season 4 Reloaded update, the patch notes confirmed that several changes to damage profiles had been included in the game, but weren’t detailed in them.
However, certain loadout websites have managed to extract data directly from the game files, unveiling a selection of weapons that have undergone substantial enhancements as a result of these modifications. WhosImmortal suggests that these weapons could be a “new contender” in the Warzone 2 meta.
Whether they bring nostalgic moments or resurrect your worst nightmares, Snakeshots have returned to Warzone 2, as adjustments to the Basilisk’s damage profile have made it “unbeatable” in close-quarters combat within the game.
WhosImmortal’s Basilisk Akimbo Warzone 2 loadout
- Barrel: 10.5″ FTAC Arrow
- Laser: Revo-LSD 7mw
- Rear Grip: Akimbo Basilisk
- Ammunition: .500 Snakeshot
- Trigger Action: Bryson Match Grade
To kick this Warzone 2 loadout off, WhosImmortal opts for the 10.5″ FTAC Arrow barrel, which maximizes recoil stability and damage range while improving movement speed, which is an essential component in a pistol loadout that shouldn’t be missing.
The Revo-LSD 7mw laser provides players with increased mobility by enhancing hip walking and sprint-to-fire speeds. This laser attachment enables players to achieve precise targeting, particularly in short distances.
Next up is the Bryson Match Grade trigger action, which allows players to spam the pistols to get a two-shot kill faster, and also helps boost the trigger response time and the sprint to fire speed.
Last but not least, the attachments that make this gun so broken, according to WhosImmortal, the Akimbo Basilisk rear grip and the .500 Snakeshot ammunition. These attachments allow for a dual Basilisk loadout and enhance both the damage range and bullet velocity.
There you have it, that was WhosImmortal’s OP Akimbo Basilisk Snakeshot loadout. Make sure to give this loadout a go if you’re seeking kills at short distances, especially in small maps like Vondel and Ashika Island.
