Warzone 2 expert reveals fastest killing Assault Rifle in Season 2
Warzone 2 expert WhosImmortal has revealed his fastest-killing Assault Rifle loadout currently dominating Season 2.
Warzone 2 Season 2 definitely shifted the meta when it comes to the best Assault Rifles in the game. Not only did the new season introduce the ISO Hemlock, the new AR that has become a favorite among both Warzone and Modern Warfare 2 players, but the update also brought buffs and nerfs.
These buffs and nerfs may not have directly impacted the RPK and Fennec meta, which many still feel is strong, but the changes have definitely allowed new weapons to rise to the top.
In fact, Warzone 2 content creator WhosImmortal believes that the Kastov 762 has become the game’s fastest-killing Assault Rifle, thanks to its extremely fast TTK, despite seemingly receiving nerfs in the Season 2 patch.
Using TrueGameData’s TTK graph, WhosImmortal shows that the Kastov 762 is the fastest killing AR in Warzone 2 Season 2, with the fastest TTK at close range, mid-range, and long-range. The Warzone 2 expert calls it the “best long-range TTK option.”
So, if you’re looking to take advantage of the weapon, here’s the Warzone 2 expert’s best loadout for it.
WhosImmortal’s Warzone 2 Kastov 762 loadout
- Muzzle: Sakin Tread-40
- Underbarrel: Edge-47 Grip
- Magazine: 40 Round Mag
- Rear Grip: Demo-X2 Grip
- Optic: Aim OP-V4
Firstly, the Warzone 2 expert goes for the Sakin Tread-40 in order to steady the Kastov 762’s recoil for those long-range fights, allowing you to hit more of your shots.
To further the Kastov 762’s power, WhosImmortal chooses the Demo X2 Grip and Edge-47 Grip for better control and consistency over range. He also goes for the 40 Round Mag to cover those squad fights where you may need to take down multiple enemies.
The Aim OP-V4 is WhosImmortal’s favorite optic in Warzone 2, as it provides a clean sight and is great for range.
