Warzone 2 expert shows off max speed KV Broadside loadout perfect for Ashika Island
Warzone 2 Season 2 introduced players to the new KV Broadside and Ashika Island map. Ean ‘FaZe Booya’ Chase took to Warzone to prove that the two are a perfect match with his Shotgun loadout.
Warzone 2 players had a ton of content to digest with the Season 2 update including a new Resurgence map called Ashika Island and several new weapons including the iconic Crossbow.
Of all the new weapons added in Warzone 2 Season 2, it has been the KV Broadside that has made the biggest impact. Players are calling the new Shotgun completely broken and it rose to the top of the close-range meta in such a short amount of time.
FaZe Booya has an affinity for Resurgence maps and he constantly created dominant loadouts for Rebirth Island. In Warzone 2 he has managed to do the same with Ashika Island and his KV Broadside loadout is proving why it’s one of the most popular weapons in the game right now.

- Barrel: Gunner D20
- Laser: Point-G3P 04
- Ammunition: 12 Gauge Dragon’s Breath
- Magazine: 12 Shell Mag
- Bolt: Dashbolt 60
While the Dashbolt 60 and Gunner D20 are standard attachments for the KV Broadside that boosts fire rate, damage range, and bullet velocity, Booya throws a curveball with the remaining attachments.
For starters, the Warzone 2 streamer opts for the 12 Shell Mag. While this magazine is smaller than the popular 25 Shell Drum, Booya explains that he prefers it for “faster movement speed and ADS Speed.”
Ashika Island requires quick and snappy gameplay and Booya doesn’t want the attachments to weigh down the Shotgun as it’s meant to excel in close quarters. Along the same lines, the Point-G3P 04 laser provides improved sprint-to-fire speed.
The laser also provides a boost to hip recoil control and hip fire accuracy, which is essential to making the most of this KV Broadside loadout in Warzone 2.
