With Warzone 2 Season 2 Reloaded approaching fast, Call of Duty expert WhosImmortal has revealed major changes that are needed for the anti-cheat system ahead of the seasonal update.

Warzone 2 received major changes in the Season 2 update, including four new weapons, such as the Crossbow, and the Ashika Island Resurgence map. Now, the game is up for another major content drop.

While Season 2 Reloaded will also bring many changes, Warzone 2 expert WhosImmortal feels the issue of cheaters is causing major problems, and the developers need to address this ahead of the update.

In his video, WhosImmortal explained: “The overall popularity of the game so far is just not where I think a lot of players want it to be and definitely where the studios and the devs want it to be. Safe to say, Warzone 2 needs changes.”

One of the most prominent issues that he pointed out was cheaters ruining matches. While this problem wasn’t a major one for him in the early days of Warzone 2, it has gotten worse over time.

When going over the cause of this issue, he stated: “Ricochet didn’t get updated. Apparently, some of the cheat providers released their cheats for free, and it’s just been spiraling out of control.”

Cheaters are now all over the place, and WhosImmortal made it clear that the anti-cheat system needs some more improvements soon. He also discussed a few other things that need fixing in Warzone 2.

He called for the developers to make improvements to the “rough” audio, “disappointing” FPS drops, “slow” movement, and fast TTK. He feels that these along with the issue of cheaters are preventing the game from reaching its full potential.

WhosImmortal concluded by saying: “I feel like changing some things to how they were in Warzone 1 because they worked well while also continuing to make improvements in other areas really can help this game thrive and get it back on track.”
