Warzone 2 leak reveals Highrise map details, NPCs, circle changes, & more
CoD fans are eagerly awaiting the arrival of Warzone 2, and a new leak has revealed gameplay details such as circle changes, NPCs, as well as information about the Highrise map.
Warzone 2 has generated a ton of hype among fans ever since it was confirmed to be in development, and we’ll get our first official look at the game during the reveal at Call of Duty Next.
While official information about the Warzone sequel has been scarce, leakers have shown some of the content that may be in the game. Now, a new leak has revealed a few interesting gameplay details.
Call of Duty expert Metaphor claims to have seen the Warzone 2 gameplay and on September 8, he went on Twitter to share a list of new features that might be included in the game when it arrives.
This leak reveals details about the classic Call of Duty map Highrise which was spotted in the Modern Warfare 2 reveal trailer. Players will reportedly be able to use the helicopter that is on the map.
Warzone 2 will feature NPCs on the map, with Metaphor stating that they will spawn completely at random. These AI characters have previously been announced for Modern Warfare 2, and Infinity Ward confirmed that they will be extremely “realistic.”
The leak claims that the toxic gas circle which shrinks throughout Warzone matches will be replaced with a dust storm. The game may also feature container-based looting along with floor loot.
This tweet mentions other changes like new Contracts, the ability to shoot out tires from cars, and different-sized backpacks. However, it’s worth keeping in mind that this information is based on a leak, and the developers haven’t officially verified this information.
