Warzone streamer finds crazy kills using baguette as controller
Twitch streamer Rudeism has incredibly managed to score multiple kills in CoD: Warzone Season 2 using a baguette as their controller in the popular battle royale game.
Getting kills in Call of Duty with a standard controller is a no-brainer to most people. You twiddle with dual analog sticks, you press a few buttons to help you crouch, go prone, and climb, and you squeeze a trigger to unleash a wave of bullets.
It probably crosses very few minds to go beyond the norm and get a kill with any other peripheral device – let alone a baguette. However, Twitch streamer Rudeism is known for enjoying his games in slightly more unconventional ways.
The creative streamer has made headlines in the past for playing and completing games in the past using various bits of food as a controller. He notably beat the rock-solid roguelike game Hades using only a pomegranate after all.
Not content with this achievement, Rudeism has taken it one step further by slaying the opposition in the fiercely competitive Warzone using a baguette. Something that is usually suited to ham, turkey, and chicken, rather than destruction.
In a video that he tweeted out, Rudeism is clearly seen streaming and waving around a baguette as if it were a real-life military firearm. He’s perched precariously on a box and his prey ran past, unaware of the man bred for chaos watching him.
Rudeism rains down death on the unwitting player, and whilst they think they’ve just been killed by a normal player, the clip below couldn’t be further from the truth.
This isn’t the first time that players have opted to make CoD more challenging as we’ve seen players in the past undergo tremendous tests of patience to make the game more satisfying.
Gamers have used Rock Band’s guitar peripheral to score kills and even managed to Prestige in Black Ops Cold War without scoring a single kill.
These methods certainly aren’t conventional, and as such, it makes them incredibly unique and exciting to watch. Call of Duty’s Captain Soap is notable for having remarkable fruit-killing skills, yet here’s someone one-upping him with a loaf of bread.
