What is Arsenal Machine in Black Ops 6 Zombies?

Black Ops 6 is bringing a group of new weapons to slay Zombies with and thanks to Arsenal Machines, you’ll be able to make them more powerful as you progress.

Surviving in Zombies becomes increasingly difficult as you advance through level after level against the undead. To keep up with the power curve, you’ll need to use an Arsenal Machine to upgrade your weapons. Here’s how it’s done.

Black Ops 6 Zombies Arsenal Machine explained

The Arsenal Machine will allow you to access Ammo Mods or upgrade the Rarity Tier of your weapon by spending Salvage in Black Ops 6 Zombies.

Ammo Mods add special effects to your weapon while increasing a weapon’s Rarity will improve its damage. Using an Arsenal Machine for either of these applications results in an upgrade for your gun, which should make killing zombies easier.

You can only apply one Ammo Mod to a weapon at a time. So, if you approach an Arsenal Machine with a gun that has an Ammo Mod equipped, you can always purchase a new Ammo Mod to replace it.

How to use Arsenal Machine

You’ll have to spend Salvage earned in-game to utilize an Arsenal Machine.

You’ll automatically pick up Salvage as ground loot when defeating zombies. Salvage will appear in green across the map so look out for this type of ground loot if you’re hoping to use the Arsenal Machine.

At the time of writing, we don’t know if the Arsenal Machine will always appear in the same location or if the location will be randomized. Once we find out where to find the machine, we’ll be sure to let you know.

Arsenal Machine Weapon Rarity upgrade tiers in BO6 Zombies

• Uncommon (Green): Tier 2 Damage
• Rare (Blue): Tier 3 Damage
• Epic (Purple): Tier 4 Damage
• Legendary (Orange): Tier 5 Damage

The damage your gun can deliver in the Zombies mode directly links to its Weapon Rarity. In exchange for Salvage, you can head to an Arsenal Machine to make your weapon more powerful by increasing its Rarity.

For example, if you notice your Rare weapon isn’t doing as much damage as you make your way to higher rounds, you can upgrade it to Epic Rarity. This will increase damage, allowing you to slay zombies with less difficulty.

While upgrading your weapon’s Rarity is a great way to keep up with killing zombies during higher rounds, don’t forget that you’ll also be able to add GobbleGums and Perks to your arsenal.
