Modern Warfare 3 Season 5 Reloaded has brought the Torque 35, a powerful compound bow that falls under the Launcher category.

It has several ammo types with a range of different abilities, and if you use the right one, it can one-shot players anywhere to the body, making it a unique but deadly choice no matter the map you’re playing.

Best arrow type for Torque 35 in MW3

The best ammunition for the Torque 35 is the Ripper Arrows. Once fully charged, these regular arrows will one-shot anywhere to the body at any range. Plus, if you’re up close, you don’t even have to fully draw the bow to get that one-shot-kill and you can retrieve your arrows.

This makes the bow more powerful than snipers like the Kar98k despite having a slow fire rate and being slightly more difficult to use.

• Gloves: Commando Gloves
• Boots: Stalker Boots
• Gear: Ghost T/V Camo
• Lethal: Throwing Knife
• Tactical: Stun Grenade

You’ll want to be stealthy when using the Torque 35, so the Ninja Vest is perfect for silent footsteps without using Covert Sneakers. Instead, you should use the Stalker Boots for increased strafe speed. You’ll want to move around when firing the bow so I found these Boots key to maximizing its potential.

The Commando Gloves let you reload while sprinting and help with sprint-to-fire speed, and I’ve opted for the Ghost T/V Camo to stay off UAVs but you can use whatever you want.

For Equipment, the Throwing Knife complements the Torque nicely, and a well-thrown Stun Grenade can almost always secure an easy kill.

How to unlock Torque 35 in MW3

Modern Warfare 3’s Torque 35 is unlocked through Week 5 of the Weekly Challenges in Season 5 Reloaded, meaning you have to complete any 5 of these multiplayer challenges:

• Use a Field Upgrade 15 Times
• Get 25 Operator Kills with Alternate Ammo Equipped to a Weapon
• Get 10 Quickscope Kills with a Marksman Rifle or Sniper Rifle
• Get 5 Operator Kills with Claymores, Proximity Mines or C4
• Get 25 Operator Kills with Explosions
• Get 10 Operator Double Kills
• Get 5 Operator Kills with Killstreaks
