The PP-919, also known as the Bizon or Minibak for MW2 players, is among the best SMGs in Warzone. The weapon has a lot going for it, including its sizable base magazine, accuracy at close ranges, and stability while firing.

Despite all of its merits, the Bizon never emerged as part of the core meta in previous Call of Duty titles. All that has changed with Black Ops 6, as the SMG is currently among the best weapons in the game and the go-to SMG for many players.

The PP-919 comes with a clean iron sight that’s easy to use at close and medium distances. As such, we recommend leaving the Optic slot unused. Similarly, the weapon’s 64-round base magazine renders an extended mag pointless.

The SMG has manageable recoil at close and medium ranges, which is why we opted for the Suppressor as the muzzle. This attachment will conceal your location while firing on the enemy’s minimap. For the barrel, we’ve gone with the Long Barrel to boost the damage range and address one of the PP-919’s major shortcomings.

The Ergonomic Grip improves the SMG’s already solid mobility by boosting the slide-to-fire and aim-down-sight speeds. The Balanced Stock has a similar effect and improves the aim-walking movement speed. For the final attachment, we’ve gone with the 9x18MM Markarov Overpressured fire mod to increase the bullet velocity.

To complement the PP-919, we recommend the KATT-AMR or GPR 91 for the secondary weapon. The SMG pairs well with a sniper, allowing you to tag enemies from afar and chase them down quickly thanks to the gun’s mobility. It also gels nicely with GPR 91, arguably the most accurate AR over long distances. Keep in mind you’ll need the Overkill Wildcard to use another non-melee weapon as part of the loadout.

In the Perk 1 slot, Dexterity is the way to go as it reduces weapon motion while sliding, diving, and jumping, and reduces fall damage. For the second Perk, Quick Fix is a solid choice as it triggers health regeneration after getting a kill or while inserting armor plates. Lastly, we went for Tempered in the final Perk slot as it lets you max out on armor in just two slots instead of three.

Smoke Grenade is our pick for the Tactical since they’re extremely useful for masking your movement in tight situations or getting out of a pinch when cornered by enemies. As for the Lethal, this can boil down to personal preference but Frag Grenade remains a reliable option.

With its best-in-class magazine size and low recoil, the PP-919 is one of the best close-range weapons in Warzone Season 1. While it lags behind the Jackal PDW and Kompakt 92 in terms of raw damage and fire rate, the weapon strikes a fine balance between damage output and stability.

Warzone PP-919 alternatives

The most obvious alternative to PP-919 is the Jackal PDW. It remains the meta SMG in Warzone at the moment, hitting both faster and harder than the Bizon. Alternatively, you can also try out the C9, which offers a bit more stability when compared to the Jackal.
