Blackout to be capped at 90FPS during the PC Beta

Treyarch’s Community Manager has posted on /r/BlackOps4 detailing upcoming server tests during the Blackout Beta and the effects these tests will have.

It’s important to note that this is not the intended PC FPS Cap for launch, only a side-effect of the testing done during the beta.
