Call of Duty: WWII Rank Reset Bug – contact Activision Support

A bug in the Call of Duty: WWII servers caused many players to lose their ranks in game after leveling up through the launch weekend.

Sledgehammer has stated that they have been making server updates and restarts to fix this bug. For those of you who were affected by this bug, please contact Activision Support through social channels, including Twitter, or on their website to learn more about what to do next on getting your stats back.

As Activision continues to make updates to improve servers, Condrey has confirmed that all stats are being saved while they also working to bring the Leaderboards back online.
