Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 Beta now live on PlayStation 4, ends Aug. 24th – UPDATE

UPDATE 2 – August 23rd: Treyarch has announced that they are extending the multiplayer beta on PlayStation 4; it’ll now end on August 24th at 10PM PT.

UPDATE – August 21st: The Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 beta on PS4 is now open to everyone. No codes required. Players can visit the PlayStation Store on their PS4 console to download the beta now and experience the game before it’s November 6th launch.

It’s finally here! The Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 beta is now live on PlayStation 4.

If you preordered Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 at a retailer and entered a code online, be sure to check your email! Activision is sending out beta tokens to players over the next few hours – it may take time for all codes to be sent out to everyone. If you don’t get a code after several hours and you are sure you did redeem your code before, please contact Activision Support.

If you preordered Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 digitally on the PlayStation Store, you should now be able to download the Black Ops III Multiplayer Beta directly on your console – no code required! Here’s a direct link to download the beta: click here.

As stated previously, the beta is a 12.3GB download – download speed will vary based upon region and internet connection.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 multiplayer beta will end on Sunday, August 23rd on PlayStation 4.
