In 2012, Activision released Call of Duty: Black Ops Zombies for iOS, allowing iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch owners to play a mobile version of Call of Duty’s Zombies mode. The app has not been updated for over a year and half, till now. Today, Activision pushed out an update for the app, making it compatible with iOS 8 and 9, and adding support for the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus screen sizes.

The Call of Duty®: Zombies phenomenon has risen back to life. Adapted from the best-selling console hit and built specifically for tablets and smartphones, Call of Duty®: Black Ops Zombies delivers maps and weapons never before seen on mobile, and 50 levels of “Dead-Ops Arcade,” a 50-level zombie gauntlet that provides the ultimate undead challenge for fans of Call of Duty’s signature zombie warfare.

New in Version 1.3.4:

  • Now compatible with iOS 8/9
  • Added iPhone 6, 6 plus, iPad Air compatibility
  • Online Multiplayer connection improvements
  • Various bug fixes

If you’ve already bought this app, the update is free. If you haven’t yet, the app costs $6.99 on the App Store.
