Does Modern Warfare 3 beta progression carry over to launch?
ActivisionModern Warfare 3’s beta offers players a chance to experience the game and level up, but does the progression carry over to the full game? Here’s everything you need to know.
Modern Warfare 3’s beta gives players a chance to experience the title early after the information overload the community received during the Call of Duty Next event, which covered multiplayer, Zombies, and even Warzone.
During the MW3 beta, players will be able to unlock rewards and items such as weapons, Killstreaks, Perks, and more by leveling up through the ranks. This has left many wondering whether the progress made during the beta will carry over to the full game come launch, so here’s your answer.
Will MW3 beta progress carry over to the full game?
No, your progress in the Modern Warfare 3 beta will not carry over to the full game come launch.
Players can reach a max level of 30 over the two MW3 beta weekends, unlocking gear to use in their loadouts, but your Player Level will reset back to the beginning just like every new player once MW3 launches, meaning you will have to level up all over again.
This also means that your Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 loadouts will reset, so you’ll have to remember your favorite weapon setups, Perks, and Equipment.
While your progression will not carry over, you will have something to show for your hard work in leveling up in the Modern Warfare 3 beta, as there are many rewards up for grabs that will be available on your account on launch.
These rewards include an Operator skin, so definitely make sure you play as much as you can to unlock all the rewards and show off your participation in the beta come November 10, 2023.
