DXRacer — Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 Chair Overview

Keshav Bhat

DXRacer came out with an all new Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 designed chair late in 2015. DXRacer team was kind enough to send us a unit to test out and post impressions for our fans to see.

Personally, I have never had a traditional gaming setup in my room. I, previously, sat on my bed and played on a 40 inch TV that is mounted to the wall. I never used my desk for anything other than school work or writing articles. My desk used to have a simple desk chair from Office Depot that was not too comfortable, but it was enough for me at the time since I go back and forth from college and home. Recently, however, I switched over to a 24 inch LG Monitor, which is now placed on my desk for gaming with my PlayStation 4.

Switching to DXRacer Chair is probably one of the best changes I have made to my setup. The DX Racer chair is one of the most comfortable chairs I have ever sat in. It provides comfort to sit all day long to play or work on articles at my home desk. For my room, the chair is a little big, but it fits perfectly within the desk itself. The chair reclines back/forward and up and down for precise adjustments based upon how you want to use it. In addition, the chair comes with two cushions — one for the head and one for the, which DXRacer has labeled, “lumbar support.” The chair’s arm rests also adjust in different directions (both forward and backwards and side to side) based upon how your level of comfort.

As the title suggests, this chair is a custom designed Black Ops 3 chair. The back of the chair has the Black Ops 3 skull logo, while the front has the III logo which has been seen in teasers and more for the game. The entire chair has a black/white/orange color scheme to match the game’s colors. The chair retails for $379 here in the U.S. and is available now for purchase.

Here’s a few pictures of the chair and my current setup:
