Every additional “DLC” weapon available in Modern Warfare Remastered
MWR saw the introduction of new weapons, both melee and ranged, as part of the Operations & Supply Drops.
Modern Warfare Remastered just released as “free-to-play” on March 5th as one of PS Plus’ free March titles. The game has nearly identical gameplay to the original Call of Duty 4, but Raven did add 43 new weapons into the game over the course of its release year.
While 43 may seem like an astronomical number, the number of guns is only 15 additional weapons with the remaining 28 being melee weapons.
Let’s take quick look at all the additional weapons the game has to offer. All of these weapons can be unlocked by completing their respective Collection through getting the Collection items through Supply Drop or directing buying them with Parts. Certain melee weapons can drop directly from Supply Drops.
The weapons are broken down into the five Operations that have arrived for MWR and then into “Guns” and “Melee.”
