How to unlock JAK Devastators in MW3 & Warzone
ActivisionThe JAK Devastators Aftermarket Part has arrived in Warzone and Modern Warfare 3, letting you dual-wield the classic SPAS-12 Shotgun.
These Aftermarket Parts are essentially new weapon attachments that can completely change how they behave. We’ve seen an underbarrel Chainsaw arrive, and the RPK turn into a .50 Cal sniper.
Once you’ve got the Devastators, you can become a “mobile artillery barrage” with a Reclaimer 18 in each hand, so here’s everything you know about how to unlock the JAK Devastators.
How to get JAK Devastators in Warzone & Modern Warfare 3
To unlock the JAK Devastators in MW3 and Warzone, complete five Week 8 challenges across multiplayer, Zombies, and Warzone.
It doesn’t matter which mode you play, just complete any five of these weekly challenges and you’ll unlock the JAK Devastators:
Multiplayer
- Get 20 Operator Akimbo Kills
- Get 10 Operator Headshot Kills using Pistols or SMGs
- Get 5 Kills against Operators who are blinded or stunned with SMGs
- Get 2 Operator Clean Kills in one life two times
- Get 10 Operator Kills after Reloading with Assault Rifles
- Get 15 Operator Kills while aiming down sights with a Shotgun
- Get 8 Operator Clean Kills with Marksman Rifles or Sniper Rifles
Zombies
- Get 150 Akimbo Kills
- Get 250 Critical Kills with a Pistol
- Get 50 Mercenary Kills with a SMG
- Get 10 Kills without being hit 30 times
- Get 100 Kills after reloading with Assault Rifles
- Get 200 Kills while aiming down sights with a Shotgun
- Get 10 Zombie Kills without taking damage 20 times with Marksman Rifles or Sniper Rifles
Warzone
- In Warzone Urzikstan, open 20 Loot Caches in the North-West Region (Resort, Power, Seaport, Cargo)
- In Warzone Urzikstan, open 20 Loot Caches in the Southern Region (City, Suburbs, Manor)
- In Warzone, place in the top 10 3 times
- In Warzone, get 5 Operator Kills or Kill Assists
- In Warzone Urzikstan, open 20 Loot Caches in the Eastern Region (Military Base or Farms)
- In Warzone Urzikstan, open 20 Loot Caches in the Central Region (Old Town, Low Town)
- In Warzone, complete 10 Contracts
The JAK Devastators let you equip two Reclaimer 18s at once, doubling the firepower. The devs said “Accuracy and recoil control are minimal, but destruction is maximized.” While they can one-shot players at point-blank range, the damage drop-off is severe so make sure you’re getting in close if you plan to use them.
Week 8 marks the final week of Season 5 ahead of the Season 6 update, also bringing the Chainbreaker camo reward if you have completed five challenges in all eight weeks of the season.
Season 6 will be the final seasonal update of MW3 and Warzone before Black Ops 6 arrives on October 25.
