Season 2 Reloaded brought back the classic Red Dot sight from CoD 4 to MW3 and Warzone, under the Quarters Classic Reflex name. If you’re wondering how to unlock it, here’s all you need to know.

The Warzone and MW3 Season 2 Reloaded update is now live. It brought plenty of new content to both games with two new guns in the SOA Subverter and Soulrender, new modes, as well as many buffs and nerfs.

Among all the major changes, one of the under-the-radar additions was the return of the classic Red Dot sight from the original CoD 4: Modern Warfare. Red Dot sights were highly sought after in original CoD games, so if you want to know how to unlock it in MW3 and Warzone, here’s how to do it.

How to get Quarters Classic Reflex Optic in Warzone & MW3

To unlock the Quarters Classic Reflex Optic in MW3 and Warzone, you’ll have to level up the newly added SOA Subverter to Level 8.

Once unlocked Quarters Classic Reflex Optic can be used on different weapons.

This means you’ll have to first unlock the SOA Subverter, and to unlock the Battle Rifle in MW3, you’ll have to complete five of the seven Week 5 Challenges in Season 2.

While the in-game text does mention that you’ll need to level up the Battle Rifle, several players have reported that the Optic was unlocked for them without even using the SOA Subverter. So, there is a chance that you may or may not have it unlocked already. If it isn’t, leveling up the gun will unlock it.

Currently, it is unclear why some players already have it unlocked. We’ll be sure to provide an update whenever there are official words from the developers.
