League Play from Black Ops 2 returns in Call of Duty: Black Ops 4

This is big for esports and competitive fans: Treyarch has announced that League Play, a fan favorite ranked play mode in Call of Duty introduced in Call of Duty: Black Ops 2, will return in Call of Duty: Black Ops 4.

Treyarch heard fans loud and clear about wanting the Black Ops 2 system back, which is noted as the best implementation of a ranked play in Call of Duty history. Treyarch plans to bring it back the good features of it, while also filtering out the negative features it had.
