MW3 expert transforms Marksman Rifle into iconic CoD AR
Activision/YouTube: TheKoreanSavageFull-auto Assault Rifles are usually the favored choice for players when looking to dominate mid-to-long ranges, but thanks to MW3’s Aftermarket Parts, a CoD expert discovered a Marksman Rifle Conversion Kit that “packs a punch” in multiplayer.
Modern Warfare 3 has an extensive array of weapons that players can progress through and unlock, catering to various playstyles in multiplayer combat. Whether it’s high-mobility SMGs, low-recoil ARs, or Sniper Rifles for precise long shots, the game offers a complete selection to cater for all players.
While Marksman Rifles may not be the top choice among players, MW3 expert TheKoreanSavage discovered a powerful Conversion Kit for the MCW 6.8. With the addition of the Aftermarket Parts, this Marksman Rifle can be transformed into a full-auto AR reminiscent of the iconic Remington.
Much like Ghosts’s Remington AR, renowned for its high damage output and minimal recoil, the converted MCW 6.8 has the potential to emerge as a preferred option for mid to long-range engagements, echoing the trajectory set by the iconic AR in 2013.
TheKoreanSavage’s best MCW 6.8 loadout for MW3
- Barrel: MCW Crown-30 Barrel
- Underbarrel: Bruen Heavy Support Grip
- Magazine: 30 Round Mag
- Rear Grip: RB Claw-PSL Grip
- Conversion Kit: MCW 6.8 Full-Auto Conversion
To kick off TheKoreanSavage’s best MCW 6.8 loadout for MW3, he picked the MCW Crown-30 Barrel to improve the bullet velocity and range, gun kick control, and firing aim stability. The expert combines the barrel with the Bruen Heavy Support Grip to further boost the gun kick control, horizontal control, and aiming idle stability.
Then, he chose the RB Claw-PSL Grip to grant even more recoil, aiming stability, and gun kick control to help hit long shots, alongside the 30 Round Mag which allows you to avoid running out of bullets.
According to the creator, this MCW 6.8 loadout “absolutely fries” and resembles the iconic Remington from Ghosts. In the video, he describes the TTK as being “really nice” and needing only “a couple of bullets” for the enemy to be dead.
