G3T_H1GH3R is Modern Warfare 3‘s fan-favorite parkour mode that returned in Season 4 Reloaded with some brand new camos for players to get – Gridlocked, Shifting Grid, and Synth Bust.

There’s no challenge that tells you how to get these in-game, so here’s everything you need to know about how to get the Get Higher camos, including where to find every coin.

How to unlock Gridlocked camo

To unlock the Gridlocked camo, you must complete the Get Higher parkour map for the first time.

This is done by climbing your way to the top and finishing the course before the timer runs out. It may take you a few attempts to do this, but the reward is worth it.

Gridlocked is the easiest camo to get of the three.

Shifting Grid camo

You can get the Shifting Grid camo by completing the map in under 10 minutes.

You only get 15 minutes in the Get Higher mode, so completing the course with 5 minutes to spare is not an easy task. You’ll need to learn the route and know exactly what you’re doing to complete the map in this time.

Synth Bust camo

Unlock the Synth Bust camo by getting to the Castle on the map, which requires you to find 12 hidden coins. If you have all 12 coins, get to the top of the stairs and slot them into the machine before the portal and you will be able to reach the castle.

These coins are hidden throughout the map, so if you’re struggling to find them, here’s every location.

Get Higher coin locations

  1. The first coin is found in a hole under one of the red pillars at the start of the map.
  2. Once you reach the rotating orange claws, get through them and before you head up the rising platforms, look behind you to find a secret room with a coin inside.
  3. After reaching the third checkpoint, slide under the wall and look around to the left on the other side, you’ll find another coin behind some green boxes.
  4. For the fourth, towards the end of the green beams and before the blue cylinders, you’ll find a coin by the green arrows that are pointing right.
  5. Reach the ninth checkpoint, climb up the containers and before you leave, look for a white mark on one of them. Climb towards the platform next to it and you’ll find the next coin.
  6. Once you get to the red blocks and orange cylinder with red spikes, walk across the green beam and you’ll find a coin.
  7. Once you reach the end of this green beam where the sixth coin is, drop down into a little room below to find the seventh coin.
  8. You’ll find the seventh in the middle of the upper part of the red walls that are moving back and forth to crush you.
  9. The eight coin is found in the back of the airplane, which you can get to by jumping on the wing, climbing the ladder in front, and then dropping down on the platform before the second ladder to enter the back of the plane.
  10. After reaching checkpoint 16, go back and walk through the door with the orange rotating walls and you’ll find a little platform to jump on. Once on this platform, look for the small opening in the blue wall in front of you, which houses the ninth coin.
  11. At the 18 checkpoint, you’ll find the coin sitting in the middle of the purple mushrooms.
  12. Reach checkpoint 21 and walk on the first green moving platform on the far right. Stay on it until it moves all the way down and you’ll find a room with the coin in it.

When will Get Higher be removed?

There is currently no end date for the G3T H1GH3R mode in MW3. The mode will likely stick around for some time before being removed, especially since it was only added back to the game on July 3.

We’ll be sure to update this section if anything is confirmed regarding an end date for the parkour LTM.

What is Get Higher?

MW3‘s new G3T H1GH3R mode is a platforming challenge where your objective is to reach the top of the map while racing against other players. The further you progress, the more points you get, and the one with the highest point wins.

Of course, going up isn’t a simple walk, you’ll have to jump, slide, and mantle your way through a series of increasingly difficult parkour challenges. These include moving platforms, rotating walkways, and whatnot.

It is set in a neon-filled void somewhere very high with no ground in sight, and if you fall off the course, you’ll have to restart it. Fortunately, there are checkpoints, so you won’t have to restart your run entirely. You can also use your gun to shoot targets that are littered around the map, but they’ll only net you XP.
