MW3 & Warzone Critical Countdown event: How to unlock free FR 5.56 Blueprint

MW3 and Warzone Season 4 bring the new Critical Countdown event, offering an FR 5.56 weapon Blueprint. So, here’s how you can get all the free rewards in MW3 and Warzone.

Season 4 is underway in MW3 and Warzone, introducing plenty of content like the fan-favorite Kar98k, new multiplayer maps to dive into, and the reintroduction of Advanced Warfare’s DNA Bomb Killstreak.

Following the radioactive theme, the devs added the new MW3 and Warzone Critical Countdown event, featuring a ton of challenges to complete, so here’s how to get all the rewards.

MW3 & Warzone Critical Countdown event dates

MW3 and Warzone’s Critical Countdown event kicked off on Wednesday, May 29, 2024, and will remain available until June 20, 2024, at 9 AM PT / 12 PM ET / 5 PM BST. This grants players three full weeks to get every reward.

All free rewards in Warzone & MW3 Critical Countdown event

To get all the free rewards in MW3 and Warzone’s Critical Countdown event, players will need to collect DNA samples from fallen enemies. This task can be done on Warzone, multiplayer, and Zombies.

As of May 29, only two of the four total Mastery Challenges are available within Warzone & MW3’s Critical Countdown event. We’ll be sure to update this guide once new challenges are announced.

Here are all the challenges you’ll need to complete alongside every free reward available:

Mastery Challenge 1

1. Double XP Token – Collect 390 Ade (blue) DNA samples
2. Double Weapon XP Token – Collect 780 Ade (blue) DNA samples
3. Double Battle Pass XP Token – Collect 1,560 Ade (blue) DNA samples
4. Double XP Token – Collect 3,125 Ade (blue) DNA samples
5. Double Weapon XP Token – Collect 6,250 Ade (blue) DNA samples
6. Double Battle Pass XP Token – Collect 12,500 Ade (blue) DNA samples

Mastery Challenge 2

1. Security Clearance Calling Card – Collect 1,560 Cyto (orange) DNA samples

How to unlock World Ender FR 5.56 Blueprint in MW3 & Warzone

To unlock the World Ender FR 5.56 Blueprint in MW3 and Warzone, you’ll need to complete all the Mastery Challenges within the Critical Countdown event. At the time of writing, only two sections of the event are unlocked for players to complete, with the remaining two “coming soon.”
