MW3’s best Aftermarket Part turns forgotten SMG into TTK monster

Modern Warfare 3 features plenty of unique Aftermarket Parts allowing players to transform how several weapons work.

Among them is the JAK Decimator, an attachment that turns the forgotten Lachmann Shroud burst SMG into full-auto. Initially, this AMP didn’t stand out because the devs secretly released it in Season 4. However, players have since discovered that it’s surprisingly effective in MW3 multiplayer.

When equipped with the AMP, the gun feels just like the iconic MP5, boasting great movement and fire rate to take on enemies at close ranges. Additionally, its 225ms TTK potential with the attachment equipped makes you feel nearly unbeatable against any other weapon.

In his July 22 video, content creator TheXclusiveAce also highlighted this Conversion Kit stating it enables the gun to outperform every other SMG, except the WSP Swarm. Still, it offers better max damage range, accuracy, and versatility compared to the latter.

The JAK Decimator became incredibly powerful thanks to its straightforward unlock challenge, requiring only 30 suppressed SMG kills to get it. You can easily achieve this in a multiplayer match on small maps like Rust or Meat.

If you are a player who enjoys constantly rushing and facing enemies at short distances, this Conversion Kit will prove more than useful. However, it will slightly limit your range, making it harder to kill enemies at mid to long distances.

Therefore, having the best Lachmann Shroud loadout is key to getting the most out of it. For this, equip the JAK Decimator, which boosts the fire rate and bullet velocity. Plus, it has a built-in suppressor to keep you off enemies’ radar.

To offset the Conversion Kit’s low gun kick and recoil control, equip the XTEN Phantom-5 Handstop Underbarrel and Kimura RYL33 Laser Light combo. This setup will enhance recoil control, ADS speed, and sprint-to-fire time.

The 40 Round Mag will prevent you from running out of bullets easily. Lastly, the JAK Glassless Optic grants you a clean sight perfect to counter MW2’s visual recoil and noise.

Be sure to complement this loadout by using the best controller settings and audio setup. These will allow you to hear any nearby threats and put them down efficiently.
