NUK3TOWN is back! Preorder Black Ops 3 to get access to the map at launch

Following the leaks from late last week, Activision and Treyarch have officially announced the NUK3TOWN preorder bonus for Call of Duty: Black Ops 3. Players that preorder Black Ops 3 at a retailer or digitally will get access to the map at launch. If you preorder at a retailer, the code to download NUK3TOWN will be included in the box. If you preorder digitally, the map will be added to your downloads list upon launch.

The preorder bonus is available only for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.

This fan favorite map from Black Ops has returned in a big way for PS4, Xbox One and PC. It has been re-designed from the ground up to highlight Treyarch’s new momentum-based, chained-movement system, allowing players to battle in this adrenaline-charged new NUK3TOWN map. Set in the year 2065, players will experience a fresh take on this classic run-and-gun, close-quarters multiplayer map.

If you’ve already preordered Black Ops 3 at a retailer or digitally, you will get the NUK3TOWN bonus map.

“The Nuketown maps have a special place in Call of Duty multiplayer history and we can’t wait to build upon that heritage in Black Ops III,” said Mark Lamia, Studio Head of Treyarch. “We carefully adapted the design of the map to make sure that it fit with our new movement system, but to also make sure that we retained the spirit and the fun that made fans fall in love with it in the first place.”
