Patch Update 1.27 for Black Ops 3 now live, brings Infected and Redwood Snow

There’s a new patch update for Call of Duty: Black Ops 3, version 1.27. This new patch is live on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, and is coming to PC on March 6th.

The patch is 2.2GB on PS4 and 2.7GB on Xbox One.

Update 1.27 for Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 brings the popular Infected game mode, and a new map – a snow version of the Redwood map in game – called Redwood Snow. Redwood Snow is free for all players.

PATCH NOTES: 

GLOBAL:

• General performance updates.

MULTIPLAYER:

• At the start of a match, one player is randomly chosen as the first infected whose goal is to infect the other players. Once downed, players respawn as infected, slowly increasing the size of the horde. Infect all players, or survive until time runs out to win.

• Enter the snowcapped landscape of Redwood Snow to experience something colder from the map you know and love.
