The long-range meta is extremely competitive in Warzone Season 2, but CoD expert WhosImmortal has revealed an underrated LMG that’s actually a surprise contender with a “crazy” TTK.

Warzone players spend plenty of time putting together their best loadout, ensuring they’re covered in every situation. While most will run an SMG suited for close-range fights, the long-range meta has plenty more options to choose from.

In Season 2, the XRK Stalker has become the go-to Sniper Rifle, while the SVA 545 and TAQ Evolvere have been the more traditional picks. However, Warzone guru WhosImmortal has highlighted an LMG that most players are ignoring, that can actually go toe-to-toe with the best guns in the game.

In his February 20 video, the YouTuber was breaking down the top long-range guns on Urzikstan, and the DG-58 LSW appeared as a surprise inclusion.

While the LMG only has a pick rate of around 0.1% according to WZ Ranked, he claimed that it actually has all the making of a top-tier gun.

“This thing is so easy to use, it absolutely fries, it’s so low recoil, and it’s got a crazy-good TTK,” he explained. “I love the versatility of this as an LMG, [it’s] really fun, and it fries like I said.”

WhosImmortal shared his best DG-58 LSW loadout in Warzone, so check it out below.

WhosImmortal’s best DG-58 LSW loadout in Warzone

  • Muzzle: VT-7 Spiritfire Suppressor
  • Barrel: Wudi Long Barrel
  • Underbarrel: Bruen Heavy Support Grip
  • Optic: Corio Eagleseye 2.5X
  • Stock: Hardened Rubber CQC Buttplate

WhosImmortal kicked off his DG-58 LSW loadout in Warzone with the VT-7 Spiritfire Suppressor and Wudi Long Barrel, both of which buff the range and bullet velocity to make the LMG a beast at long range.

Next up, he chose the Bruen Heavy Support Grip to keep it stable by reducing the gun kick. The DG-58 is one of the more agile weapons in its class, so he doubled down on this with the Hardened Rubber CQC Buttplate, improving overall movement speed.

Finally, the YouTuber picked the Corio Eagleseye 2.5X Optic for additional zoom, but this could easily swapped for your preferred sight.

The DG-58 LSW has been one of the most overlooked guns in its category since Urzisktan launched, but with this setup, it could easily rival the Bruen Mk9 and Pulemyot 762 to become one of the best LMGs in Warzone.
