Treyarch giving players on PS4 a free Weapon Crate in latest Black Ops 4 update

Treyarch has confirmed that they are giving players in Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 on PlayStation 4 a free Weapon Crate after the release of the newest update for the game.

The Weapon Crate guarantees two MKII weapons plus two other items, which are not dupe protected.

Speaking of weapons, we’ve also added a free Weapon Crate that guarantees a MKII Signature Weapon granting +25% extra XP per kill, plus two free Reserves items. Visit the Black Market on PS4 to claim yours before jumping into your next match!

It’s not clear why Treyarch is releasing a free Weapon Crate for all PS4 users, but it’s available in the Black Market now with other platforms to follow.
