Warzone expert reveals slept-on MW2 AR with “phenomenal TTK” & low recoil
ActivisionWarzone expert WhosImmortal has revealed a meta MW2 weapon that players are currently sleeping on, sharting his best loadout for it.
We’re now in the second season of Warzone under the MW3 integration, and while the meta mostly consists of weapons from the latest iteration of Call of Duty, MW2 weapons have been brought up in conversation recently.
Following some buffs and nerfs that shook the meta up, players have been scouring the game’s arsenal for new options, but MW3 weapons may not be the best place to look.
In fact, WhosImmortal is now claiming that one of MW2’s ARs is actually being slept-on by the community, as it has a “phenomenal TTK” that no one is taking advantage of.
The weapon in question is the MW2 STB 556, which WhosImmortal shared his best Warzone loadout for.

- Barrel: 508mm Rear Guard
- Muzzle: VT-7 Spiritfire Suppressor
- Underbarrel: Bruen Heavy Support
- Magazine: 42 Round Mag
- Optic: Corio Eagleseye 2.5x
First off, WhosImmortal explains that he opts for the 508mm Rear Guard and VT-7 Spiritfire Suppressor on the STB 556 to improve the gun’s bullet velocity, damage range, and some recoil control.
Next, the Bruen Heavy Support provides the control and accuracy, helping with recoil and stability. The major downside that WhosImmortal points out is the 42 Round Mag, as that’s the largest size you can get for the STB 556.
Finally, for a nice and simple optic with a small level of zoom for those longer-ranged engagements, the Corio Eagleseye 2.5x is WhosImmortal’s sight of choice.
