Warzone Mobile Season 4 release date

The Warzone Mobile Season 4 update arrived on all devices globally on May 29 at 5 PM PDT / 8 PM EDT / 1 AM BST (May 30), as devs confirmed in an X post.

New weapons in Warzone Mobile Season 4

Check out the four new weapons in Warzone Mobile Season 4:

• Kar98k Marksman Rifle (S4 Battle Pass)  
• Superi 46 SMG (S4 Battle Pass)  
• MORS Sniper (Arsenal Store) 
• BAL-27 Assault Rifle (Arsenal Store)  

The Superi 46 is a new SMG that boasts impressive accuracy and recoil control. Then, the classic Kar98k which dominated Warzone’s early days returns.

Meanwhile, the MORS, originally featured in Advanced Warfare, serves as a reliable long-range deadly weapon. Lastly, the BAL-27 is an easy-to-use Assault Rifle, featuring little to no recoil.

Crash arrives in Warzone Mobile Season 4

The classic Crash map from Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare makes its debut in Warzone Mobile Season 4 featuring MW 2019’s version. This map is available in the 6v6 Core mode.

Verdansk & Rebirth Island changes in WZM Season 4

Verdansk and Rebirth Island receive some interesting updates in Warzone Mobile Season 4.

In Verdansk, a helicopter has been shot down, and players can find parts and technology from a bio-lab scattered across the area. Meanwhile, in Rebirth Island, players can head to the island’s port and discover chemical storage units on the newly docked ship.

Among the wreckage of the helicopter and the cargo from the ship, players will find toxic barrels that are flammable. Destroy these barrels to earn additional Event Points in the associated weekly event.

New modes & features in WZM Season 4

Warzone Mobile Season 4 features two new game modes: Killstreak Roulette and Battle Royale: Buyers’ Royale.

Killstreak Roulette Mode (Limited time)

This Team Deathmatch variant arrives in Warzone Mobile Season 4 at launch for a limited time only and comes with a Killstreak focus. Instead of getting Killstreaks in the usual manner, you’re awarded a random Killstreak for every three enemies you consecutively eliminate in a single life.

Battle Royale: Buyers’ Royale Mode

Mobile Royale in Warzone Mobile Season 4 is a Cash-based twist called Battle Royale: Buyers’ Royale Mode. During the match, players can swiftly make purchases via an on-screen Cloud Buy Station. No more fighting over coveted Buy Stations.

These quickly accessible Cloud Buy Stations include powerful weapons that aren’t normally found in loot caches, and downed teammates to keep your squad in the fight.

GAMEPLAY FEATURES

• Finishing Moves
  • You can now equip and customize Operator Finishing Moves earned in MWIII and WZ.

QUALITY OF LIFE

• New – Download Management Implementation
  • You can now download assets all in a single download.
  • NOTE: Rebirth Island (BR) and all Multiplayer Maps will be downloaded upon the first startup of the game. Please note that for any players starting from a new install, Verdansk will now be downloaded via the Game Mode Select screen.
    • You also have the option of allowing Verdansk to download in the background while playing Rebirth Island or other various MP modes.
• New – Revamped Graphical Preset Options
  • Added custom graphics settings option.
  • Visual Quality can be adjusted
  • FPS Target can be set
• The Main Hub has received a variety of new graphical improvements and optimizations.
• Loadout Drops now have the ability to remember the last tab you had open during your last drop (i.e. Default Loadouts vs. Custom Loadouts)
• Training match playlist added for players looking to build their skills in a lower intensity BR experience
• Shader optimizations designed to help improve and speed up the overall experience 

BUG FIXES

Graphics and Performance-Related Fixes:

• Fixed an issue on high-end iOS devices which caused the map to be filled with black textures and bright spots.
• Fixed a variety of instances where Weapon Stickers would load in low resolution, despite playing on higher quality settings
• Fixed visibility issue with the Jade Blade Tracer Pack’s weapon tracers.
• Fixed an issue occurring on Samsung Z Fold 4 where the game display would not appear properly if the device was folded, then unfolded.
• Fixed an issue where the game would crash after the initial install of the game on Galaxy Z Flip 4.
• Fixed an issue in which the game would rarely crash when opening a reward in the Inbox.

General Fixes:

• Fixed an issue which allowed game hosts to switch game modes mid-search of a playable game.
• Fixed an issue which caused the weapon icon on the HUD to show inconsistent ammo counts in certain edge-cases.
• Fixed an issue which was preventing loadout drop events from occurring in High Voltage.
• Fixed issue which caused attachments to change the appearance of the Arcstorm and Yokai’s Elegance Keep Legendary Weapons.
• Fixed an issue which caused the reload button to always be grayed out while using the JAK Wardens
• Fixed an issue that prevented players from equipping other camos on the M4 without a reset if a completionist camo was selected.
