Warzone players in love with “best Battle Pass ever” after Season 6 Spawn crossover
ActivisionWarzone 2 players are reacting to the Season 6 Battle Pass, feeling as if it could be the “best Battle Pass to date” thanks to the crossover Operator skins.
Warzone 2 Season 6 brings some exciting content, from new weapons to buffs and nerfs that will no doubt shift the meta and get players using some different loadouts.
While new weapons are usually the most appealing aspect of a new season, the Season 6 Battle Pass has excited the community much more than any of the previous thanks to the Halloween theme.
With The Haunting Event set to arrive on October 17, and the Ash Williams Evil Dead 2 and DOOM bundles impending, players are reacting to the spooky-themed Battle Pass that even features a collaboration with popular comic book figure, Spawn.
Reddit user g3ndize shared their thoughts on the Season 6 Battle Pass for Warzone, saying it was “Content wise probably the best battle pass do date,” before asking the community for their thoughts.
They explain further, as they feel that the Battle Pass “Halloween written all over it!” They also stated that they’re surprised some of these skins are not in bundles, clearly happy about the fact that they are in the Battle Pass.
There are a whopping 8 Operator skins in the Season 6 Battle Pass: Al Simmons, Burned Spawn, Spawn, Soul Crusher, Disrupter, Nikto Spawn, Violator, and Creepy Clown.
One user in the comments was so surprised that they said: “All those skins are in the REGULAR Battle Pass????” The OP replied “Yes!!!!!” while another comment said: “That’s very unlike them hahaha.”
The comments are filled with players being surprised about all of these skins being in the Battle Pass, even tempting some to return to the game after taking a break: “Wait…..are ALL those skins included in the battle pass? These sonofab***hes might be bringing me back!”
That said, others are less excited, as one comment read: “Only ‘content’ I can see here is 3 weapons.” While cosmetics may not be in everyone’s interest, Modern Warfare 2’s Season 6 update features new multiplayer maps for players to enjoy, so why not throw that into the mix along with battle royale if you’re looking for more content?
