XB1 users unable to play Infinite Warfare following update, stuck with ‘Polana’ error – UPDATE

UPDATE – Dec. 15: Infinity Ward has stated that an update has gone live on Xbox One to lessen the POLANA errors. Some users may still have it, but they are working on a full fix for everyone.

Original Story:

Following the new patch update for Infinite Warfare, which went live Dec. 13 on Xbox One,
many players are not able to play Multiplayer or Zombies of the game.

Players keep getting stuck on an Error message, which states ‘The game will now restart due to an update failure. (Error Code: POLANA).’

Infinity Ward’s Community Manager acknowledged the issue on Twitter over 21 hours ago and has not provided any updates regarding a fix for it.
