CoD: Mobile World Championship 2021: How to play, rewards, & more
CoD Mobile’s World Championship tournament is back in 2021, with more prizes than ever for the best of the best to get their hands on.
With all the excitement behind CoD: Mobile, even causing the deactivation of Call of Duty Online due to its popularity, Activision has announced its annual tournament in the form of the CoD: Mobile World Championship 2021 event.
Let’s take a look at how you can play, the rewards you can earn, and the start date for the CoD: Mobile World Championship for 2021.
CoD: Mobile World Championship 2021 start date & rewards
The 2021 CoD: Mobile World Championship Tournament Began on June 3 and will continue in September, so there is plenty of time for players to compete, earn rewards, and secure a share of the $2,000,000 prize pool.

How to play CoD: Mobile World Championship 2021
Stage 1: Solo Play (6/3 – 6/27)
Players can compete in Stage 1 by going to the World Championship 2021 button in the ranked multiplayer lobby and accepting the official rules. You will then be able to sign up for the World Championship 2021 and start earning tournament points. The higher your current rank, the more individual points per win you will get when playing ranked multiplayer matches.
Competitors who earn 60 points during any of the four eligible weekends will advance to Stage 2 and get closer to qualifying for a chance to win a share of the $2,000,000 prize pool.
Stage 2: Team Play (7/1 – 7/11)
An in-game inbox message will alert players who became eligible for Stage 2 with their Stage 1 performance that they have qualified to move on. These eligible players must create or join a team of 5 or 6 players qualified for Stage 2. This will be their team for the entirety of Stage 2.
Each team will then play up to 30 Ranked matches, and each win will yield points based on your team’s average player rank. Teams will then have to place in the top 256 of their respective region to qualify for Stage 3 of the event.
Official information regarding Stage 3 of the event has not yet been announced. We will update this piece with the schedule and format for Stage 3 when it is officially revealed to the community.
