CoD Vanguard Beta September 11 update patch notes: playlist changes, more

Sledgehammer Games has dropped a playlist update for the Call of Duty: Vanguard Beta on PlayStation on Saturday, September 11.

The new playlist update has brought a few changes to the playlist selection in Call of Duty: Vanguard as Sledgehammer continues to fine tune the beta with feedback.

The update has added Blitz – Team Deathmatch as a separate playlist in the selection, as many fans have been enjoying the Blitz intense action on the Beta map.

Other Vanguard Beta Playlist Changes

Sledgehammer Games also made adjustments to the offerings in the Quick Play Filter, based on feedback and reactions to the spawn system.

Hotel Royal has been removed from Patrol while spawn issues are investigated.

Upcoming Fixes – Audio

The team also confirmed that they’ve heard the feedback in regards to visibility issues on certain maps, alongside audio being inconsistent across the game.

The studio confirms they plan to address the issues in a coming updates later this week, ahead of Beta Weekend 2. It’s not clear if any changes or fixes will be part of Beta Weekend 2 yet or coming for launch.

The Call of Duty: Vanguard Beta is currently live only on PlayStation platforms for those who pre-order the game.

The Vanguard Beta will become an Open Beta on PlayStation from Sept. 16 through Sept. 20, with the Beta also being available on Xbox & PC. Get the full details on how to play here.
