Call of Duty Warzone Season 2 Yellow Keycard Guide

Here’s how to use Yellow Keycards in the newest update for Call of Duty Warzone Season 2.

Black Ops Cold War and Warzone’s newest Season 2 update brings players exciting content from both games, ranging from the Zombies Outbreak mode to the new areas on the Warzone map.

For one of the new areas, the Shipwreck – there is a brand new Zombies event that players can trigger. It results in hefty rewards for any player that’s brave enough to take on the task.

Since players all over the game will be instantly rushing to the new area on the map, you’ll have lots of company while taking on this challenge, so we recommend playing in a squad to get the most help you can get. If you’re rather skilled, you can do this in solos as well.

How to earn the Yellow Keycard

To obtain the Yellow Keycard, you’ll want to head to the bottom level of the Shipwreck. On the catwalk, they’ll be a small room with a Zombie Terminal in it. You can manually activate a zombie event at any time, but be sure to be armed for what’s to come.

Once activated, the zombies event will begin to spawn zombies all over the bottom level of the Ship and task your squad with eliminating a total of 40 of them. When the final zombie is defeated, they’ll drop a Yellow Keycard from their undead corpse.

How to use the Yellow Keycard

When the zombies event concludes and you’ve picked up the Yellow Keycard, the location of a reward crate will be marked on your HUD. Simply navigate the ship to this secret chest and you’ll be rewarded with an assortment of rare loot, including a guaranteed Armor Satchel and Durable Gas Mask.

The Durable Gas Mask is a significantly improved version of the normal Gas Mask, allowing players to breathe in the gas for a longer amount of time. This will come in handy during your travel across Verdansk.

Warzone’s minimap is showing a building that doesn’t exist

Warzone players have noticed that the game’s minimap shows a gigantic building that doesn’t exist on the actual map.

Warzone Pacific Caldera building

Call of Duty: Warzone players are confused about a large building that shows up in the game’s minimap but doesn’t seem to exist anywhere on the actual map.

Warzone players have been reporting an abundance of problems ever since the launch of the Caldera map. These performance issues have been ruining fans’ enjoyment of the Call of Duty title.

There are new problems frequently being found within the game. The Warzone minimap helps you navigate around the map, and players are now reporting that it’s showing a building that doesn’t exist.

Warzone operator running in Pacific Caldera

Reddit user ‘Butterflychunks’ highlighted this in the CoD: Warzone subreddit. The minimap showed a large building marked by a trolley icon, but it was nowhere to be seen when the player visited this location.

Another user also reported this same problem: “Had a final circle over here the other day. I marked this spot on the map as our destination. I was a bit surprised when I got close and realized we needed to find an alternative.”

This led to many of the commenters speculating whether the GPS is broken or if the problem lies within the map itself. Others found this amusing and began to joke about the missing building.

“It only reveals itself to those it finds worthy,” one user sarcastically stated. Another commenter joked that the building is “flying like the rest of the game.”

Other users were less amused by this strange phenomenon and expressed their frustration with Warzone’s issues. One commenter who encountered the same missing building claimed that the game is “broken beyond repair.”

Another user stated that this is due to the limitations of the minimap: “When you ping a location it tells your distance if you were to travel in a straight line, however, it does not account for the change in elevation to get to the point.”

We’ll have to wait and see if the developers address the missing building. They are currently dealing with the various performance issues that have caused the delay of Warzone Pacific Season 2.

Warzone’s planes get secret buff that makes them even more OP

Warzone players have been shocked to discover that the planes have received a secret buff that makes them even more deadly.

Warzone plane flying over Caldera

Planes are one of Warzone Pacific Caldera’s most powerful tools, but these planes have received a secret buff that’s made them even more overpowered.

While planes are only available in Warzone’s Vanguard Royale modes, players have been calling for nerfs as they have “literal aimbot.” Almost every player is highlighted red, and the plane’s guns will lock onto anyone unfortunate enough to get in their way.

But rather than nerfing the planes in the January 20 update, Raven Software appear to have given the planes a secret buff that has only made them more deadly.

While planes have been called overpowered for being able to shoot players out of the sky and take out anyone caught in the open, they’ve always missed one key feature – being able to ‘thirst’ downed players in squad matches.

The plane’s strong aim assist wouldn’t register these down-but-not-out players on the ground and your shots wouldn’t connect, making it almost impossible to finish off your knocks.

However, as discovered by Warzone pro and real-life Air Force pilot IceManIsaac, Vanguard Royale’s planes can now both knock and finish off opponents with ease.

In a Warzone clip uploaded on January 22, Isaac uses the plane as intended to knock a player down below. However, the red highlight stayed on the enemy and he was able to finish them off. Surprised by the plane’s newfound ability, Isaac yelled: “Wait, you can thirst?”

Planes being able to finish off players hasn’t been included in any of the Warzone patch notes, so there’s no way of knowing whether the change was intentional.

Players were both surprised and disappointed by the plane’s powerful new feature, with another content creator Expel sarcastically saying “Thank god they fixed that.”

One player said “no way they buffed the plane lmao,” and another simply said “oh no.”

Whether the plane’s buff is a common ability or a one-off glitch remains to be seen, but it seems that you should keep an eye on the sky while navigating Caldera.

Warzone leak reveals another Attack on Titan Operator skin coming soon

A new Warzone and Vanguard leak claims the Armored Titan from Attack on Titan could be added to the games soon.

The Armored Titan and Warzone characters

Attack on Titan fans could soon get their hands on another Operator skin from the anime, with leaks claiming the giant human-eating creatures could join Vanguard and Warzone soon.

Crossovers have become a huge part of gaming, with games like Fortnite linking up with blockbuster movies and sports leagues to give fans amazing in-game looks.

Call of Duty is the latest title to try their hand at collaborations, teaming up with popular anime Attack on Titan to drop the Tracer Pack bundle for the game.

The first AoT skin in Vanguard and Warzone wasn’t well-received, with players claiming it looked “embarrassing,” before reporting that the bundle itself was giving players the wrong Tracer rounds. Now, it looks like they’re going to try again with a new skin, according to leaked images on Twitter.

Attack on Titan Vanguard bundle

According to leaker Hydra9114, a second Attack on Titan skin is on the way, but we won’t be getting another member of the Survey Corps.

Instead, players will be able to look like the Armored Titan, a 15 meter tall Titan with hardened skin to protect himself, capable of tearing through buildings and Survey Corps members with ease. Luckily, we expect that the Armored Titan’s in-game skin won’t be 15 meters tall.

The tweet shows a four-second video of the Titan in a pre-game lobby, holding a weapon while looking extremely menacing.

As things stand, we don’t have an official release date for this skin, but considering how detailed the Armored Titan looks, we expect it isn’t far away.

It’s very possible that it appears in Vanguard and Warzone Season 2, which has been delayed to February 14, 2022.
