Bungie has announced their new Destiny 2 Festival of the Lost event, bringing new content for players in the spirit of Halloween.

Destiny 2 Season of the Lost is well underway now, giving players new events to conquer and items to obtain all the way until February 2022.

Players have enjoyed the new season’s content, from the Trials of Osiris to the recent addition of the Ascendant Mysteries mini-events.

As of October 12, Bungie has released another wave of content under the Festival of the Lost, which brings the spooky season of Halloween into Destiny 2.

Destiny 2 Festival of the Lost start and end date

Thanks to the latest blog from Bungie, we have all the information on the new event.

Destiny 2 Festival of the Lost is officially live right now, releasing on October 12. This event is free for all players to download and play at the time of writing this article and will end on November 2.

This event comes just in time for Halloween and will also introduce some new Season of the Lost updates during its run time, so check below for all of the exciting information on Destiny 2 Festival of the Lost.

Destiny 2 Festival of the Lost activities

Festival of the Lost is a limited-time live event in Destiny 2 where Guardians will be able to participate in an array of exciting and unique activities full of spooky nature. However, players must complete the requirement below to experience the Destiny 2 Festival of the Lost.

  • Escape the Cosmodrome to unlock the Tower.

Once new players have met the above requirements, they can speak to Eva Levante in the Tower Courtyard to receive a quest. Players will be allowed to explore Haunted Lost Sectors and earn Festival of the Lost rewards once they have completed the quest given to them by Eva Levante.

Haunted Sectors

There were three Haunted Sectors that players will be able to enjoy during the Halloween event, with each one delivering a terrifying foe for Guardians to takedown.

Players will be able to launch the Haunted Sectors in the Haunted Sectors section of the Tower map, where other destinations can be selected.

Players can also launch directly into a Haunted Lost Sector from the Tower Courtyard by interacting with the Haunted Sector mission totem next to Eva Levante.

Festival of the Lost rewards

Players who participate in the Destiny 2 Festival of the Lost will acquire various rewards that include masks designed after notable characters and new lore pages for players to learn more about the universe of Destiny 2.

Other rewards include powerful weapons like the Jurassic Green Pulse Rifle and an exotic Sparrow. You can find all of the rewards for the Destiny 2 Festival of the Lost below:

Festival Bounties

During Festival of the Lost, Eva Levante will offer Bounties that can reward players with XP, Bright Dust, Glimmer, and Candy.

Destiny 2 Dino Armor

Bungie held a contest earlier this year that saw the development studio ask players what style of armor they would like to see added to the game.

After a hard-fought victory, the Dino Armor won, so players can now acquire the Dino Armor in the Eververse Store and wear some awesome-looking armor for the Halloween event.

Well, there you have it, that’s everything there is to know about the Festival of the Lost Halloween-themed event.

Players who love to battle it out in competitive PvP action to earn Destiny 2 Trials of Osiris rewards can now see what the week of November 26 has to offer.

Destiny 2’s Trial of Osiris has become a staple of Bungie’s sci-fi shooter, thanks to its heated action, and the rewards for November 26 are now available to see.

One of the most popular game modes that the first-person shooter offers is, no doubt, Trials of Osiris, which is the game’s competitive multiplayer playlist that allows Guardians to test their skills against other players.

One of the exciting factors of this game mode, besides proving your skills, is the new set of rewards that players can earn with their success every week. Here are the newest set of Trials of Osiris rewards in Destiny 2.

What are the Trials of Osiris rewards for November 26 in Destiny 2?

The more reputation you can earn in Bungie’s Trials of Osiris, the better quality of rewards you will receive in Destiny 2.

The map that players fight on changes each week, and this week, the combat takes place on Twilight Gap.

Here is the complete list of Trials of Osiris rewards for the week of November 26:

  • Reputation Rank 4: Upgrade Module (2)
  • Reputation Rank 7: Enhancement Prism (3)
  • Reputation Rank 10: Trials Weapon (Changes on every rank reset)
  • Reputation Rank 13: Upgrade Module (2)
  • Reputation Rank 16: Trials Weapon (Changes on every rank reset)
  • Flawless Reward: Eye of Sol (Legendary Sniper Rifle) (Adept)

To earn the Flawless Reward, players will need to win seven Trials of Osiris matches without losing a single game.

It’s a tough feat, no doubt, but it’s doable with enough skill, patience, and understanding of the game’s mechanics.

Hopefully, this week’s Trials of Osiris rewards are worth you going after and can be used to make your overall Destiny 2 experience more fruitful and enjoyable!

on

The Last Word Hand Cannon is an extremely powerful Destiny 2 weapon, and here’s everything you need to know about unlocking it, including the Exotic Cipher and Ascendant Shards locations.

When you hop into Destiny 2, you’ll need to be properly geared up for some challenging battles. The good news is that the game features a wide selection of powerful weapons to choose from.

The Last Word Hand Cannon is an Exotic weapon that boasts a full-auto fire rate and increased hip-fire capabilities. If you want to get your hands on this gun, then this guide has you covered.

How to craft the The Last Word in Destiny 2

You can only get the Destiny 2 Last Word Hand Cannon from the Monument to Lost Lights weapon vault in the Tower. This vendor is located on the far right side of the Courtyard landing zone.

In order to craft the weapon, you’ll need the following materials:

  • 1x Exotic Cipher
  • 125,000 Glimmer
  • 200 Etheric Spiral
  • 1x Ascendant Shard

You can obtain Glimmers easily, and Etheric Spirals are given as rewards for every bounty you complete for Spider at The Tangled Shore. You can find both Exotic Ciphers and the Ascendant Shards prevent more of a challenge.

However, Exotic Ciphers and Ascendant Shards are a bit more difficult to acquire, and we’ll go over everything you need to know about collecting them.

How to collect Destiny 2 Exotic Ciphers

You can obtain Exotic Ciphers by either reaching rank 55 in the current Season Pass or purchasing them from Xur the merchant. You can still receive them as a seasonal rank reward even if you don’t have the Season Pass.

If you’ve already collected a seasonal cipher previously, you’ll need to complete Xur’s Xenology quest to earn another. This requires you to complete 21 strikes, or win matches in the Crucible or Gambit.

How to collect Destiny 2 Ascendant Shards

If you already have the paid Season Pass then you’ll get Ascendant Shards after reaching season ranks 80, 85, and 94. Alternatively, you can also purchase Shards from either Banshee-44 or Ada-1.

Here’s the general cost for each Shard:

  • 10 Enhancement Prisms
  • 100 planetary materials
  • 50,000 Glimmer

It’s worth keeping in mind that the planetary materials required for these Shards are random and change depending on the day. If you’re still on the hunt, then you’ll have a few different options for unlocking Ascendant Shards.

You can either complete platinum runs of Grandmaster Nightfall Strikes, make a flawless run in Trials of Osiris, or reach 10,000 reputation with either Zavala, Lord Shaxx, the Drifter, or Saint-14.

Once you’ve gathered everything you need, simply head back to The Monument to Lost Lights to collect the Last Word Hand Cannon. You can now use this weapon to cause some serious pain to your enemies.
