Perfect Paradox in Destiny 2.

The Perfect Paradox Kinetic Shotgun is finally being reprised in Destiny 2 and will be available from August 16 alongside Echoes Act 2, so here’s everything you need to know about it including its God Rolls.

Perfect Paradox is a popular Kinetic Shotgun in Destiny 2 first seen in the Season of Dawn. This weapon will finally return in Echoes and is a part of the Returning Y1 Weapons set.

The weapon has some really interesting perks that synergize well with most melee builds in the game. So, here’s how you can get this weapon, along with the God Rolls that you should be looking for.

Destiny 2 Perfect Paradox release date

The Destiny 2 Perfect Paradox Kinetic Shotgun is set to go live on August 16, 2024, in Echoes Act II, which releases.

The weapon has been reworked and the new versions of this gun will drop with a refreshed perk pool, once it goes live in Destiny 2.

How to get Perfect Paradox in Destiny 2

To get the Perfect Paradox Kinetic Shotgun in Destiny 2, you’ll need to decode Echo Engrams at Failsafe, the vendor for this act. Alternatively, you can also focus these Engrams into the Reprised Weapons from the Seasonal Engram Decoding tab.

Destiny 2 Seasonal Focusing.
Once it’s available, you will be able to focus the weapon from the Seasonal Focusing tab.

It’s worth noting that you won’t be able to get Perfect Paradox currently because it hasn’t been released yet. However, once it’s released, it’ll be available from both sources mentioned above.

God Rolls

God Rolls in Destiny 2 are weapon perks that increase the efficiency of a particular weapon to a great extent. That said, here are the God Rolls for Perfect Paradox in Destiny 2:

PvE God Rolls

  • Barrel: Corkscrew Rifling (+5 to Range, Stability and Handling)
  • Magazine: Tactical Mag (+1 Magazine Capacity, +5 Stability, +10 Range)
  • Perk one: Threat Detector / Pugilist
  • Perk two: Vorpal Weapon / One-Two punch

When you take the weapon into PvE activities, the Pugilist One-Two Punch perk combination works well with melee builds like the Banner of War Titan or the Prismatic Hunter.

Apart from synergizing well with the build, these two perks work in tandem with each other and make sure that your melee ability deals an absurd amount of damage while also giving it a high uptime.

PvP Good Rolls

  • Barrel: Corkscrew Rifling (+5 to Range, Stability and Handling)
  • Magazine: Tactical Mag (+1 Magazine Capacity, +5 Stability, +10 Range)
  • Perk one: Threat Detector / Dual Loader
  • Perk two: Opening Shot / Trench Barrel

If you’re taking the Perfect Paradox into the Crucible, then the Threat Detector / Opening Shot combination works wonders. You can also swap out Opening Shot for Trench Barrel because the latter comes in handy for close-quarter encounters.

That sums up everything you need to know about the Perfect Pitch Kinetic Shotgun in Destiny 2. Apart from this weapon, Destiny 2 The Final Shape has some amazing weapons like the No Hesitation Auto Rifle and the Still Hunt Exotic Sniper Rifle which are worthy additions to your arsenal.
