To get the Still Hunt in Destiny 2, The Final Shape, players need to follow these steps:

Complete The Final Shape Main Questline.
Unlock the Lost City Landing Zone.
Talk to Micah-10 in the Lost City.
Talk to Cayde-6 and start the “Wild Card” Exotic Quest.
Rendezvous with Cayde-6 and Crow and track down the origin of the Dark Ether.
Kill the Ravaging Ether Beast and set up the camp.
Wait for Cayde-6 and Crow.
Meditate and wait for new instructions.
Track down Cayde-6 and Crow and kill the Shanks to attract the Shank Leader.
Go back to the camp, and meditate.
Track down the Dark Ether thief and kill it.
Go back to Cayde-6 for your reward.

The Still Hunt Sniper is capable of shooting up to 3 Golden Gun shots when fully charged.

Its Intrinsic Trait is called Cayde’s Retribution: Landing precision shots or picking up Orbs of Power charges this weapon. When full, Holding Reload will turn it into a Golden Gun (Hunter Super).

Still Hunt’s Intrinsic Trait scales with every Solar Ability/Super buff (including Radiant) and also interacts with Celestial Nighthawk (Hunter’s Head Exotic) to fire a single but powerful shot.
