All endgame boss Unique loot tables in Diablo 4 Season 5
BlizzardMost of the Uniques and Mythics that you will come across in Diablo 4 Season 5 are a part of the endgame boss loot tables.
The game currently features six endgame bosses, all of which you’ve faced either in the main campaign or during the previous seasonal storylines.
While all six drop Uniques, only two of them drop the Mythics that are available in the game. So here are the loot tables for every endgame boss that you can farm in Diablo 4 Season 5.

How to summon: Collect different Malignant body parts (Gurgling Head, Trembling Hand, Malignant Heart, Blackened Femur.)
You can collect the parts above from the Tree of Wishpers caches. Once you’ve collected all the items, head into the Malignant Burrow below the Tree of Whispers to summon this boss.

How to summon: Collect Living Steel from Helltides
Once you’ve collected enough Living Steel, make your way to the Hall of the Pentinent dungeon in Dry Steppes. You’ll need two Living Steel to summon him in World Tier 3, and five Living Steel to summon him in World Tier 4 in Diablo 4.

How to summon: Collect Exquisite Blood from Legion Events.
Although he was the boss in the past Season of Blood, you will still be able to summon him in the game. Head to The Ancient Seat in Fractured Peaks to summon Zir.

How to summon: Collect Distilled Fear by completing Tier 30+ Nightmare Dungeons.
Once you’ve collected enough Distilled Fear, make your way to the Occultist in Diablo 4 to craft the Glacial Fissure Nightmare Sigil. You can then use this sigil like you would with other Nightmare Sigils.

How to summon: Collect Mucus-Slick Eggs and Shards of Agony by defeating Varshan and Grigoire, respectively.
It’s worth remembering that the Mucus-Slick Eggs are only available in World Tier 4. So once you’ve collected the two items, you need to make your way to the Gaping Crevasse dungeon and find the altar to summon Duriel, who happens to be one of the two bosses to drop Mythic gear.

How to summon: Collect Sandscorched Shackles in Diablo 4 Season 4 from Lord Zir, and Pincushioned Dolls from The Beast in Ice to summon her.
Needlessly to say, you’ll have to be in World Tier 4 to summon her, and the jump in difficulty compared to her base version in the campaign is massive. Once you have these items, make your way to Hanged Man’s Hall to summon her.
Other than Duriel, Andariel is the only other endgame boss who drops Mythic gear in Diablo 4.
Apart from these, the game features other Uniques too, which are a part of the Infernal Hordes loot table, a brand new rogue-like mode introduced in Diablo 4 Season 5.
