To find the Flooded Depths Dungeon in Diablo 4, you’ll first need to complete the Hope’s Light Stronghold, which is located in the northwestern region of Scosglen. You’ll have to kill all the demons in the Stronghold and defeat the final boss to gain access to the amenities in it.
