Before getting started with the Blood and Sweat quest of Diablo 4, you have to conquer the Ruins of Qara Yisu Stronghold in the Dry Steppes, a place filled with evil entities and one mini-boss that has to be defeated for them to stop spawning.

Once finished with this area, head to the southern part of Qara Yisu Stronghold, where you’ll find a blue marker signaling a torn corpse. Then find the Bloodstained letter near the corpse, which will activate the Blood and Sweat quest.

Where to find Little Tuya doll in Diablo 4

The letter in Diablo 4 will task you to look for an item that isn’t far away from the place where you found the body. If you haven’t uncovered that part of the game‘s map, you can simply walk north to enter the blue circle indicating the search area.

Inside the blue circle, you have to make your way to a Disturbed Stone that will appear after climbing the ladder to the Stronghold roof. After flipping the stone, an item labeled Crude Doll can be identified as Little Tuya’s doll.

How to complete Blood and Sweat side quest in Diablo 4

After getting the item, Diablo 4 you have to go back to Alzuuda, a town in the western section of the Dry Steppes and the borders of the Kehjistan region.

The all-grown-up Tuya will be standing in the north part of the village, and handing her the doll will complete the Blood and Sweat side quest.
