Reach Rank 1 reputation with the Iron Wolves

To reach Rank 1 reputation with the Iron Wolves in Diablo 4, you need to kill monsters in the Helltide. The amount of Wolf’s Honor points you receive for culling enemies is as follows:

+1 for killing groups of enemies.
+5 for killing Elites in Helltides.
+100 for opening Helltide chests.

After you’ve done so, make your way to Soudeh who will task you with finding two missing Iron Wolves who went with a caravan.

Where to find the caravan in The Wooden Wolf quest

The caravan can be found in a clearing to the Northeast of Ked Bardu in Diablo 4. When you get here, you will have to kill some monsters and then interact with some of the items in your vicinity to figure out what happened there.

You will come across a lot of enemies close to the caravan.

After you’ve interacted with it, you’ll have to make your way to a Cultist Den nearby.

Where to find the Cultist Den in Diablo 4

The Cultist Den is located to the east of the destroyed caravan. Travel to the location marked on the map, and you’ll see an elaborate structure with a lot of pedestals.
