Diablo 4 Infernal Hordes loot table
BlizzardThe Infernal Hordes mode in Diablo 4 Season 5 is the main highlight of the season, and the new Uniques and Legendary items are a part of its loot table.
In this rogue-like mode, you’ll face multiple enemies across waves of escalating difficulty until you eventually reach the Fell Council, which serves as the boss encounter. After you’ve defeated them, you’ll be able to open caches with the Burning Aether that you’ve earned. So, here’s a loot table with all the Uniques that drop from this mode.

The Uniques, highlighted in bold in the table above, drop from this activity only. The Aspects, on the other hand, will drop as Legendary weapons and gear and can be extracted by dismantling the item at a Blacksmith in any major town across Sanctuary.
BlizzardIt’s also worth noting that you’ll have a higher chance of getting the Uniques if you’re running the activity using a Tier II Infernal Hordes Compass. Compasses in this tier and above have bonus affixes that can increase gear drop rates, so the RNG tends to be more rewarding here.
You can also obtain the items mentioned in the table above with one or more Greater Affixes. These drop only from the Spoils of Greater Equipment, but you’ll have to spend 60 Burning Aether to unlock them.
