Although Diablo 4 players expected that their problems with Andariel’s Visage would come to an end with patch 1.4.3, many have been left complaining that new fixes were not implemented in the game.

Being an Uber Unique, Andariel’s Visage is one of the rarest items in Diablo 4, even after drop rate buffs in Season 4. That said, it has also received much stick from the players due to its inconsistent damage and Poison Nova bug that spans near the players themselves.

Patch 1.4.3 was supposed to fix these issues and as expected, the notes had a section where it clearly stated that Andariel’s Visage will have a damage buff of 50% and poison pools will form around the enemies instead of players.

However, these results were not implemented in the game as reported by Reddit user ‘zopikl0n’ in the Diablo 4 subreddit. They claimed that Andariel Visage is still “bugged” even after patch 1.4.3, and although poison pool animation occurs near enemies, the effect is still around the players.

Having poison pools formed around players would be quite problematic for many as the enemies would not take damage as intended. “Wow, do they even test their patch?” asked another player, surprised by the missing fix.

Many players were excited to try Andariel’s Visage in Diablo 4 after reading the new patch notes, but they had to back out after witnessing the results. “F**k, I got excited to play Andy build,” added another player while others claimed how the bug was “pretty ridiculous” in nature.

However, the bug isn’t the only backlash Andariel’s Visage is facing as some have pointed out that the 50% damage boost to Poison Nova doesn’t work either. “The only thing they actually changed was the tooltip and the visual. The damage and the effect are still the same as they were before the patch,” clarified a player.

“I do not understand how this happens every time they patch this goddamn game. Like, how does this happen? I had my Andy Rogue all ready to go. And then this,” added another disappointed Diablo 4 player.

After such a massive flurry of complaints regarding Andariel’s Visage, it’s likely that Blizzard will release a hotfix addressing this issue in Diablo 4. Meanwhile, you can try some other Uber Unique from your arsenal with your go-to build to check the after-effects of patch 1.4.3 yourself.
