Diablo 4 Season 2, also known as the Season of Blood is here with its brand-new story and quests to explore. Alongside new content, the devs managed to fix certain issues such as the movement of mounts, and fans seem to be satisfied with the change.

Diablo 4 Season 2 brings forth another image of Sanctuary, soaked in blood due to the tyranny of the Vampires. With several new bosses, and powers to explore. The Season of Blood is already shaping up to be quite the expansion in the game.

Blizzard have apparently managed to fix the mounts’ movements in the game as many players are reporting that they are very much satisfied with the tweaks. With many more tweaks in the latest patch for the Season of Blood, Blizzard seem to be listening to their fans’ demands.

Previously in Diablo 4, fans complained that mounts used to to move erratically as they got stuck behind boulders and obstacles way too often. They also believed that their movements were not smooth and uniform, given all the directions in the game.

However, according to AirsoftDaniel, a Diablo 4 player on Reddit, the updates to mounts have made them much better. They mention that it seems like they are “flying across the map.”

A few months before the release of Season 2, the developers confirmed that mounts would be able to break through barriers while dashing. Finally, with the latest update, you can do exactly this and the OP has confirmed it in his post too.

“The barrier break works great and looks epic” the OP mentioned in his post. Many people in the comments seemed to agree with this post as some fans are “not sure why it took them so long” to rework the mounts.

With Season 2 just getting started, many fans are coming back to the game and are trying it out. If you are also interested in Diablo 4, you can learn about the Season 2 Battle Pass and its renown system.
