Diablo 4: What’s the most popular class?
BlizzardBlizzard’s Diablo 4 is home to many classes, but which one is the most popular? Luckily, we have the answer here.
Diablo 4 has quickly become Blizzard’s fastest-selling game after an extremely successful launch week. Players both new and old have been enjoying the game’s campaign, making their builds, and leveling up to defeat the game’s bosses.
There’s a lot of customization in Diablo 4 which can completely alter the way you play the game. One of the most important choices Diablo 4 players will make is when it comes to their class.
There are a total of five classes in Diablo 4: Barbarian, Necromancer, Sorcerer, Rogue, and Druid. Each of these offers a unique playstyle, but which is the most popular?
Most popular class in Diablo 4
Blizzard revealed that for the first week of the game being out, the Sorcerer class is the most popular in Diablo 4. There are some great Sorcerer builds out there, so it’s not a massive surprise to see players choosing this class, especially as it allows you to wield elements like fire and lightning.
This doesn’t necessarily make the Sorcerer the best class in Diablo 4, but rather it means that the majority of players have chosen this class over others when playing Diablo 4 in its first week after launch.
This could change as time goes on and new players get their hands on the game, as this is only the most popular class as of the first week and the devs may introduce some balance changes to shift the meta.
The Diablo 4 devs also shared other interesting data such as hours played, the number of players who are level 100, player deaths, and more.
