The Diablo 4 Season of Infernal Hordes journey starts with the Of Lambs and Wolves quest. After meeting with the character that will guide you through the season, you’ll need to complete a short but tricky mission that shows you how to farm Mother’s Gift.

1. Speak to Captain Cireska

5. Answer the voice through the door and enter the house

7. Pick up Fetid Khazra Liver from the Crate of Khazra Organs
8. Place the liver in the brazier, and slay the two summoned demons
9. Get the Mother’s Gift
10. Speak with Istel and Locran

Diablo 4’s Of Lambs and Wolves is a straightforward quest that’s meant to explain the Mother’s Gift mechanic. You’ll start in Zarbinzet, where you’ll meet Locran, and he’ll invite you to his family’s house.

Keep in mind that you’ll have to go through a path that’s filled with Fleshthreshers, Outlaws, Plague Bearers, Crushers, and Oppressors. Don’t take it lightly as your character will be Level 1. After arriving at the house and speaking with Istar, you’ll find out that they are part of the Mother’s Triune and that you’ve met Locran before in Caldeum when he tried to kill you.

Locran and his family then offer a temporary alliance to stop the Triune and the Infernal Hordes. After helping with Istel’s ritual and defeating two demons (a crusher and an Elemental Oppressor), you’ll get to farm the Mother’s Gift.

How to fix Of Lambs and Wolves door bug in Diablo 4

To fix the Reinforced Door bug in Diablo 4’s Of Lambs and Wolves, you can simply use your Town Portal to get back to Zarbinzet. After arriving in the town, the Seasonal Quest Marker should reappear on your map, and fix the door you have to interact with.

This bug was reported to happen to PC and PS5 players after meeting with Locran for the first time when he asked the Wanderer to go to his family’s house.

Locran’s family location in Diablo 4 Season 5

To go to Locran’s family house in Season 5, you’ll need to get out from Zarbinzet through its southwest exit and head to the west border of Umir Plateau in Hawezar.

To do so, you can follow the west edge of the green circle that roughly defines the area where you’ll find the house. After reaching the location, you’ll have to interact with its Reinforced Door.

Blizzard confirmed that the Season of the Infernal Hordes is meant to prepare players for the Vessel of Hatred DLC. While Season 5 will be significantly shorter than others, it has brought a new rogue-like game mode and a complete rework of Diablo 4’s Unique Items and Legendary Aspects.
