Diablo 4 has finally arrived, bringing the best-selling launch Blizzard has ever seen. As you explore Sanctuary, build new characters, and complete the lengthy campaign, you’ll be acquiring tons of gear and rewards.
While some can be paid for through the Store of more expensive editions, players can claim free rewards through Twitch Drops as well as the slightly more expensive Primal Instinct Mount. Here’s how to get your hands on these Diablo 4 Twitch Drops as well as all of the rewards on offer.

How to get Diablo 4 Twitch Drops
You can grab Diablo 4 Twitch Drops by connecting your Battle.net and Twitch accounts and tuning into streamers as they play the new title. From June 5 to July 2, new rewards will emerge each week, including a Primal Instinct Mount reward that requires more than just tuning in.
Here’s how to get the Diablo 4 Twitch Drops:
- Go to your Settings on Twitch.
- Open the Connections tab.
- Connect your Twitch and Battlenet accounts.
- Head to the participating channels that stream Diablo 4.
- Watch at least 3 hours of eligible Diablo IV content for one set of rewards.
- Watch at least 6 hours of eligible Diablo IV content for a second set of rewards.
- Claim the rewards on the channel you’re watching or in the Drops Inventory menu on Twitch.
To be eligible for Diablo 4 Twitch Drops, you’ll need to watch participating streamers. Here is a list of qualified streamers that you can watch.
How to get Diablo 4 Primal Instinct Mount Twitch reward
Diablo 4 fans can earn the Primal Instinct Mount Twitch reward by purchasing two Twitch subscriptions across participating channels between June 5 and July 2.
This requirement is part of the Support a Streamer campaign. Getting two Twitch channel subscriptions would cost approximately $12.
Diablo 4 Twitch Drops Week 1: Rogue and Necromancer
- Start Time: June 5 at 4 PM PT / 7 PM ET / 12 AM BST
- End Time: June 11 at 11:59 PM PT / 2:59 AM ET / 7:59 AM BST
- 3-hour reward: Azurehand Back-Stabber Dagger & Azurehand Heart-Piercer Sword Weapon Recolors
- 6-hour reward: Matron-Sigil Coffer (Rogue) & Progenitor Favor (Necromancer) Back Trophy
Diablo 4 Twitch Drops Week 2: Sorcerer
- Start Time: June 12 at 12 AM PT / 3 AM ET / 8 AM BST
- End Time: June 18 at 11:59 PM PT / 2:59 AM ET / 7:59 AM BST
- 3-hour reward: Azurehand Spell-Slinger Wand Weapon Recolor
- 6-hour reward: Hellrune Tabernacle Back Trophy
Diablo 4 Twitch Drops Week 3: Druid
- Start Time: June 19 at 12 AM PT / 3 AM ET / 8 AM BST
- End Time: June 25 at 11:59 PM PT / 2:59 AM ET / 7:59 AM BST
- 3-hour reward: Azurehand Head-Cleaver Weapon Recolor
- 6-hour reward: Font of the Mother Back Trophy
Diablo 4 Twitch Drops Week 4: Barbarian
- Start Time: June 26 at 12 AM PT / 3 AM ET / 8 AM BST
- End Time: July 2 at 11:59 PM PT / 2:59 AM ET / 7:59 AM BST
- 3-hour reward: Azurehand Skull-Crusher
- 6-hour reward: Matriarch’s Mantle Back Trophy
Don’t forget to claim the reward once you’ve reached the 3-hour mark, or you won’t receive progress toward the 6-hour reward.
